2. User representations
- are at least eighteen years old;
- have the legal right and capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement with us; and
- agree to use this Site in accordance with these Terms, our Policies and all applicable laws and regulations.

- Movers must register an account to access and use our Site and Services to publish availability and available capacity. Customers are not required to register an account.

6. Prohibited conduct
- doing anything that would constitute a breach of an individual’s privacy or any other legal rights;
- using the Site for any fraudulent or misleading purpose, including to impersonate another person;
- using the Site or any Content in any way that competes with our business;
- using the Site to defame, harass or threaten us or any person;
- doing anything which damages or interferes with our Site, servers and networks or the provision of Services, including tampering with or modifying our Site and transmitting viruses or other disabling features;
- accessing any part of the Site by any means other than through the interface provided;

Interpretation: The following rules apply unless the context requires otherwise:
- headings are for ease of reference only and do not affect interpretation;
- a reference to a person, corporation, trust, partnership or other entity includes any of them;
- if a word or phrase is defined, its other grammatical forms have a corresponding meaning;

- a reference to a party to an agreement or document includes that party’s successors, permitted substitutes and permitted assigns;
- a reference to conduct includes, without limitation, an omission, statement or undertaking, whether or not in writing; and
- a rule of construction does not apply to the disadvantage of a party because the party was responsible for the preparation of this document or any part of it.
