Electricity, Gas & Internet + Move Prepaid Debit Card Special Promotion

When you connect your electricity, gas, and/or internet services through one of Muval’s preferred connection providers at the time of your move, you may be eligible to receive a prepaid debit card valued at AUD $50. This offer (the “Special Promotion”) is provided exclusively to Muval customers subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

By participating in the Special Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “T&Cs”). This Special Promotion may not be combined with any other offer.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. Am I eligible for the Special Promotion?

To be eligible for the Special Promotion you must:

  • a. Book a utility service (electricity, gas, and/or internet) with one of the Providers by opting in through the Muval platform or via a telephone call initiated by a Muval representative; and
  • b. Ensure that your selected utility service remains connected for a minimum period of 30 days.

A utility service booking shall only be deemed “completed” when Muval receives confirmation of the booking from the applicable Provider. Please note that each Provider has its own terms, conditions, eligibility requirements, and policies governing the connection of their services. You must comply with those Provider-specific requirements in addition to these T&Cs.

Upon successful connection of your utility service, you will be eligible to redeem your prepaid debit card by completing the online form available at:
https://www.muval.com.au/special-offer

2. What if the Providers do not operate at my new residential address?

To qualify for the Special Promotion, at least one of the Providers must supply services at your new residential address (“End Location”). If none of the Providers operate in your End Location, you will not be eligible to receive the Special Promotion.

3. When will I receive my prepaid debit card?

Once your utility service is connected and remains active for the required 30-day period, you may redeem your debit card by completing the form provided above. Subject to verification of your eligibility, your digital prepaid debit card will be issued within 30 days of submission, provided that your utility service remains connected during that period.

4. How much is the prepaid debit card worth?

The prepaid debit card will be credited with a total of AUD $50. This amount is fixed regardless of whether you book a single service (for example, only electricity) or multiple services (for example, electricity, gas, and internet).

5. How will the prepaid debit card be delivered?

The debit card will be issued electronically to the email address you provide when completing the redemption form.
