Recently my picky employer has passed me this contact for the Zoom Removalists Sydney, saying "These guys will surely help you." Indeed, they did! Today, after 1 week of settling in, without my raw emotions, I am still convinced that the Zoom Removalist team with Dani's supervision is the best, honest, true blue, Aussie -standard, stress-free moving experience. Being a seamstress, my main concern was my new expensive industrial sewing machine. I was amazed that the machine hasn't even spilled any oil arrival! All my furniture came to my new home unscratched, being well-wrapped and transported as if their own. I sincerely believe that Dani and his team are the top professionals in this business: they are just calm, polite, friendly, great communicators, very skillful and strong. These professionals made my removal easy, memorable and pleasant. When I couldn't think where to place some piece of the furniture at the new place, Dani has given me a few helpful tips. Being observant and practical, Dani even noticed and pointed at the condition of the floor (which I didn't). My washing machine got connected and functions well. My stone bench with the crack in it wasn't broken but Dani honestly assessed it beforehand, explaining the logistics of transportation with particular pieces. After the 6.30 hour experience I just couldn't help myself asking about these people's backgrounds as I could see the dignity, trust, reliability, quality just built in them. I would of like to hire such professionals for all the jobs needed. Dani and the team: a huge sincere thank you! I had a great experience with Zoom Removals from the time of booking to the end of the move. The booking process was easy and clear, and I received a confirmation call a few days before the move. On the day itself, I had an afternoon booking and was given a window for arrival between 11am-4pm. My removalists rang half an hour before they arrived to let me know they were on their way, and they completed the job in less time than I anticipated. I was amazed how quickly they managed to move my large sofa up a steep flight of stairs into the new place. Choosing a removalist can be overwhelming, but overall this was one of the least stressful parts of moving and I would highly recommend.

I needed to move a fridge as soon as possible and organised for it to be moved on a certain day and they told me to give them a call to finalise the booking. However, since I was at work, I wasn't able to call them until 2 minutes before they closed and they were still extremely pleasant and even accommodated my last minute request for the fridge to be to be moved the day after! I have used removalist companies for over 20 years and I have never experienced such professionalism, courtesy and expertise. I wasn't aware that a company as this prestige and standard and customer care were so true to their zoom policy. They have risen the standard of any company I have ever used. David Ash was not just professional and friendly but very respectful to not just my family but our belonging our belongings. Going above and beyond what was nessasary if his job role. A complete gentlemen. I honestly did not know a company and employee if that standard was possible. Deciding on a removalist can be overwhelming and nerve wracking. We got a number of quotes and decided to go with Zoom Removals for our recent relocation from Sydney to Canberra. While there was a little bit of confusion with the booking team when we made a change, we can't fault the team of movers on the day. The guys were professional, pleasant and careful with our belonings. They also moved very quickly (but safely - important when you are paying by the hour). Very happy with our choice, everything was packed and unpacked with no issues whatsoever.

Was asked for an itemised report of what furniture to be moved and showed up with a smaller truck that wouldn't fit all our furnishings. For experienced removalists, it was shocking how long it took them to move the furniture into the truck, the continuous playing tetras within the truck, the moving of prongs that shouldn't have time wasters really. Have been offered a $60 refund, which hasn't happened yet. A job that previously took un experienced movers 6 hours this time paid for 7 hours and not all done, had to hire a van to move the rest, at over $400 an hour wouldn't waste any more money! DONT USE THESE PEOPLE SHOCKING

I had an absolutely dreadful experience with Zoom Removalist.if I could give them MINUS 5 star, I would.. The two guys that came from Zoom was abysmally slow, which set the tone for the entire move. The two movers they sent were so sluggish that my grandma could have outpaced them. They had the bizarre habit of staring at items for what felt like an eternity before deciding to pick them up, and to make matters worse, one of them seemed to be wrapping the furnitures while the other just watched. What should have been a straightforward 3-hour job turned into a grueling 5.5-hour ordeal. They spent an inordinate amount of time complaining about the weight of various pieces of furniture, even though I had clearly informed them during the booking that the entire apartment needed to be loaded onto the truck. To add insult to injury, they initially attempted to charge me extra for stairs, despite the fact that I had been told during booking that up to 18 stairs were included. But it didn't end there. They also sprung surprise charges on me for fuel and an outrageous $50 toll fee, neither of which had been mentioned during the booking process. The grand total for my two-bedroom small apartment move ended up being close to a grand. One of the movers, Rami, had the worst attitude I've ever encountered. His behavior was nothing short of disgusting and extremely rude. To top it all off, they took multiple smoke breaks during the move, further extending the misery of the experience. I will never, under any circumstances, use Zoom Removalist again, and I wouldn't wish this nightmare on my worst enemy. I strongly advise against using their services and will never recommend them to anyone.
