My partner and I both used The Removal Brothers on Saturday to move us from our respective homes to our new one together. Unlike other companies, Jose contacted me once to gather information and provide a quote then left me to make my decision which played a huge part in my choice to use them. They contacted me on the morning of the move to provide a more accurate arrival time and then got straight into a tricky move which had a rediculous driveway to walk everything up. A lovely team who even made friends with my large dog. Very professional and quick, but everything was stowed safely in the truck and arrived un-damaged. Would recommend and will use again in the future.

Would highly recommend! Sebastian and his colleague Alejandro moved me from my 3 bedroom townhouse to a 2 bedroom apartment. They were quick and efficient and we did not have to think about dismantling anything as they done so for us and put back together on delivery. Juan and Oscar were fantastic. We organised the move at short notice, but had read the great reviews. We had one previous experience with a moving company 6.5 years ago and it was a total disaster. However, we had an amazing moving experience with Juan and Oscar. They were early, easy to work with and chat to, absolute gentlemen, took better care of our stuff than we would, really strong and the whole experience was really great. Nothing was hassle or trouble for them. They even went the extra mile on a few things, installed the washing machine, assembled and disassembled the sofa and generally checked all the way through that things were as we wanted. We thought based on our previous experience we'd be stressed from and after the whole experience, instead we are totally de-stressed. Would absolutely recommend, if we move again, I hope it's Juan and Oscar we get! Hang on to these guys, as they are great.

I came across a marketplace listing offering FREE plants to remove asap, and they weren't just small plants, they were very large beautiful plants ?? The challenge was to find several strong men with a truck to help pick up and drop off to my place within a day! Several companies couldn't do the job and quoted exorbitant prices!! Well, to my delight, Manolo from The Removal Brothers came to the rescue offering his service at last minute's notice. Within hours, two lovely men turned up to do the extra heavy job without any complaints. They were super lovely!!! They helped bring them up to my apartment, being super careful around my home, wheeling the plants in and onto my balcony placing them all in the right position for me. They even got to pat King Louie ????, and chatted about Vietnam, my home country, whom one of the men absolutely loved when he last visited Hanoi ???? Esteban and his team at The Removal Brothers were absolutely sensational. Not only did they work like Trojans, despite the pouring rain at times (Fri 5 Feb), super careful with all our fragile items, and incredibly efficient; but they were all just incredibly nice people. We have 3 young kids and we were behind schedule packing prior, so they happily helped do that for us too. Helped with TV and cupboard installation on the other side, and got larger items through gaps we didn't think possible. This is the first time we've done a house move requiring removalists , and I will undoubtedly use them again when our renovation is completed. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

These boys moved us out of our 2-bedroom apartment, into a storage facility, into our new apartment (no lifts and lots of small staircases in both places). When there was an issue (e.g., fridge too big for the doorway) they had a solution (take doors off). They handled our belongings with care and are super friendly. We won't be moving again in the next 5-10 years but if you are, you should definitely employ these troopers!

We did not use these guys for any of their services but we were involved in an accident (no fault of their driver, we were the ones who were in the wrong) with one of their trucks and their driver, Jose. I am leaving a 5 star review because the way the driver and one of the co owners of the company handled the situation was with complete professionalism but also compassion for our well being. I would 100% use their services based on this experience because if they can show this sort of care towards us for a situation which will impact their business, It tells me that they are just genuine caring people.

The communication through the booking process was second to NONE, and the friendliness and customer service leading up to our move (with answering any and all questions) was exceptional.
