We had a lot of stuff and a long move, the ladies were extremely helpful and patient giving multiple quotes for different load sizes as we tried to work out what we needed. Ben contacted us the day before the move to finalise details of times and answer any questions we might have, and on the day of the move the guys were amazing. Ken and Chris can't thank you enough :) We were stressed, probably not fully prepared as we should have been, but these guys took it all in their stride and really helped take the stress out for us. Fully equipped truck, they wrapped everything fragile in moving blankets, and packed the truck so well, I couldn't believe how much they managed to fit in. Everything arrived perfectly at the other end. True professionals from start to finish and all round lovely friendly people.

Stash and Lode were an absolute life saver. We moved to a property with an intensely steep, curved driveway with lots of stairs. 4 other companies had already refused to move us and the situation was looking dire. Jill and her team came to our rescue, not only did they move us successfully but the three movers were friendly, optimistic, careful with our belongings and the driver, Dannie did a movie stunt worthy reverse up the drive way. These guys were amazing. We moved our entire home via the Mobile Storage Units. They delivered them, literally to our front door. We then took our time to load them up ourselves, which saved us thousands on removals men. They then picked them up within 24hours notice, dropped to our new house and then we unpacked them. I can't thank the removalists from stash & lode enough. They had to move heavy Mexican pots, cactus plants with spikes and also had to stop off at our storage shed which extended the original time allocated. We have engaged Stash & Lode to move all our things around a month ago. The truck driver and his assistant (Ash and Ronan) were great, very hard working guys. However, many boxes and some of our furniture were wet because the truck had a leaking that was known by the removal company and unfortunately this truck was used to move all of our stuff. It was very unfortunate even our brand new mattress was wet and end up having a large yellow mark on it. For my wife and I, that was unacceptable and for this reason we are writing this review so people are informed of what can happen if you get the same truck!

Do yourself a favour and find a different company to move you . Do not be fooled by their professional looking website as they are not . We were told one day before our move that they DONT DO SETTLEMENT MOVES!! . They asked for our addresses 5 times. We should've seen the red flags when it took forever for them to respond to our quote . Terrible customer service. Shaun , Declan ,Tama and Matt who moved us however were lovely blokes. Very caring and helpful . We wanted to be supportive of local business. But they only added to our stress of moving.
