Excellent to deal with, easy to contact and really accommodating. They dropped off the moving crates and bakers paper (to wrap glasses / plates) for us to use, saving us on buying or finding boxes. We had a really great experience with safe removalists. The whole process was easy and stress free. The booking process was easy. The communication leading up to and on the day was great. The move itself was pretty seamless. The company was very professional, friendly and easy to work with. The only glitch we had was a slight misunderstanding about our contents. I've had a previously negative experience where we were charged excessively. I asked prior to the move if our contents were slightly different because we forgot a couple of things that it wouldn't mean paying hundreds of dollars more and was reassured this was fine and there would be a buffer. On the day, it sounded like we would be charged for additional items but this was cleared up pretty easily. I would definitely recommend them.

These guys were awesome! The admin team were easy to coordinate with. We loved the plastic crate hire that came included in our package, much easier than boxes. On the day, Nawras and Fadi were on time and communicated clearly what time they'd arrive. I moved from Brisbane to Newcastle before Christmas 2023. The guys from Safe Removalists did a great job delivering all my items first to the warehouse and then to my new apartment with very little notice. I had two unassembled Ikea beds, which were very unstable and wobbly, so I was sure they wouldn't make it. But the guys packed everything perfectly and stabilized items in the container, so all the furniture arrived safe and sound. In addition, all company representatives were very pleasant to communicate with, they promptly responded to all calls and emails, and the process of placing a request, quotation and payment was very simple. They definitely made my move easier and thanks to them I celebrated Christmas in a non-empty apartment. I am happy to recommend Safe Removalists to my friends and I will use their services if I have another move!

The delivery address was quite remote and difficult to access, we were not even present at the unload stage because we were still travelling to the destination. They also helped me assemble some of the furniture.They were communicative throughout the whole process; I got call 30 min before their arrival and then another call just couple of minutes before they arrived. After completion, they showed me the back of the truck to ensure nothing was left in the truck. It'd be good clarify beforehand who's doing the packing. :) Suggestion to Matt - Give a printed work order to the boys with both the addresses and other details on it. Better yet, a printout of the booking along with the account details for transferring the money.

I recently moved from a house to a first floor apartment, and the service I received from SAFE Removalists was phenomenal. Roodi and Alexin were very professional, very fast, and above all, were extremely friendly and helpful. I had a very large fridge which, upon moving into to the new apartment, would not fit through the doors, so they removed the doors of the fridge, moved it into the apartment, then reinstalled the doors perfectly. If SAFE Removalists continue to hire people such as Roodi and Alexin for their business, not only will they be extremely successful, but you can be assured of customer service that cannot be matched. They were literally the best removalists I have ever hired in my life. Well done guys! EDIT: I used SAFE again for my next move, which was easier than the last which cost me $800. I was quoted $1000, it cost me $2000. Never again.

Good communication skills but very very slow, fleet manager came to have a chat and laugh with them and lifting small items one at a time. Wasted an hour, had to jump in and do it myself.

Terrible experience with this Company moving my stuff interestate where I only had to move a few items and most of them arrived fully broken or damaged. It took months for them to finally take responsibility and give me a little compensation after hanging up the phone on me multiple times, not replying emails, etc. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Very unprofessional and disappointing experience using Safe remuvalist Australia to move our stuff interestate. They broke in half some of our stuff and damaged the rest. Also very inappropriate Language From Vitaly from the QLD office once we made the complaint, it took a while for this company to start answering our calls and emails, offering us a very small compensation in the end which made the frustration even bigger. Please be aware of this company. I provided a detailed list of what I wanted to be picked up, including the height, weight, and photos with exact measurements. I asked for an exact quote and was given one at $305, but it was not honored and the next day was issued with a $1800 invoice. And to make matters worse, the reason why the job took so long was because the Removalist overfilled the lift, causing it to break down and be stuck for hours which they charged us for. They also brought the wrong size truck, for which they also charged us, even though we gave the height restriction of the loading dock entrance! Do yourself a favor and use another company
