Robina Removals we're great to deal with. I booked pre-pack of breakables and kitchen as I was having a heart procedure couple weeks before move. Just as well as ended up with 2 broken arms after a fall on Xmas morning!! So a good removalist was imperative in my condition!! The pre-pack time was confirmed day before and Jacent the lead guy was fantastic that day and the next truck day. The poor guys got hit with a summer storm as loading into new house and there was no electricity so it was dark and difficult. Couldn't speak highly enough of the team!! ????????

I booked an urgent removal with Robina Removals with about 4 days notice. They had no problem getting me in and thee 3 guys cleared our house in about 1 and half hours. They were at our destination in less than an hour and had our boxes and furniture in place in under 2 hours up a very steep driveway. They moved and moved again some furniture my wife wanted in certain rooms. They were great. Nothing was damaged. We will be using them again when we relocate to our permanent residence.

Have been with Robina removals for almost 5yrs, I have been a removalists 25yrs and worked with many different companies from Sydney to Brisbane. I noticed a review from a certain person saying they do not pay well and there trucks break down.. to this certain person They are mechanical machines my friend which from time to time breakdown Robina's fleet is up there with the best on the road that I've driven before.. This certain person complained if he worked over 5hrs though as a professional removalist we know the days not done until the job finished, this certain person is not a professional removalists and has nothing better else to do than write bad reviews. Even after 3months ?? it also looks like he got his flatmate whom has never worked there to write the same review..?? Very sad my friend, let it go. The manager's of Robina removals pay the correct rates they have treated me and all the boys with respect which I consider them family. Having no family here on GC they wouldn't let me stay by myself on my birthday. So they invited me to there home and cooked me a fabulous most beautiful birthday dinner .. ??not many bosses would do that... Fantastic service from start to finish. The office were very helpful in preparing the move. Mick and Anthony moved us from Redland Bay to Hervey Bay very experienced and have been doing removals for a very long time. The boys knew their job and nothing was a hassle they went out of their way to help us do the things we needed to do as well as their own job. No damage not even a scratch on anything and we had 60m3 on the truck. Our new house had a steep driveway so the unload had to be done from the street quite a long walk to the entry of the house and it was a stinking hot day not one complaint they just went about making sure everything was put where it needed to be and ensure we were happy. Spend around 2 hours for someone come and fix it and they haven't paid me for these hours. It was after a long day at work (more than 10 hours job)
