Will and Higor did our move from one city to another within QLD and they were fantastic. They were so careful with all our stuff - not a mark left on either the house we moved from or to. I don't know how, but they managed to Tetris al(most) all of our stuff in their truck. They had to move some of our stuff into an outside shed when it was raining too, and they did it with a smile. Ive had to use removalists three times now, and hands-down, these guys were the best.

Wowza what a week!! R2G Transport really pulled through to get me, my partner, and our post-surgery best friend out of moving hell and into our new home. Mateus and Will were awesome and full of energy and diligence, even after the fun surprise of 1 of the 2 elevators breaking down the night before our booked moving date, in a 19 story apartment building. They handled it so well, so calm and chill, and handled getting heavy furniture up into our new place and its stairs even better. Kyle, who organized the booking, also gave us great honest information about the state of moving companies, and secured my trust after our last move was hellish because of an incompetent removalist. We also agreed (in desperation) they would not put any furniture in the correct place in the new home - it was all dumped in 2 rooms. I was heavily pregnant at the time and carried a number of boxes myself to speed up the move. I would love to give feedback - please call me as I am very genuine and had an awful experience, and do not appreciate this being dismissed to simply appear "good" for online reviews / business.

We used this company in January 2022 and had such an awesome experience that when we needed to move recently, we didn't hesitate to hire them again. How wrong could we be Two young guys (who we won't name) arrived promptly and were as nice as could be however they took longer than it should have taken to load up and seemed to not really know what they were doing. As they unpacked and put items into a storage unit, it became apparent they were not professional, experienced removalists. Fragile picture boxes were put on their side, large gaps/spaces left in the unit and heavy items put on top of lighter items. In a nutshell, they did not pack it effectively or efficiently. They were obviously not skilled in this work and that resulted in us having to hire a second unit for the overflow of items. I paid nearly $1,000 for these so-called professionals and had to then pay more money by hiring a second storage unit. We spent about 2 hours at the units on the weekend and we were able to rearrange everything and fit it all in the one unit. Will never recommend again and never use again.

Broke my TV, computer, pot plants, pictures, paintings, bed frame and more. Left a box of belongings at the old house. When talking to customer service they would make it seem like I was making it up even though we did the paper work with the removalists and they signed that items were damaged.
