I've uses quick and easy for 3 moves now and every experience has been great. I've moved all over Sydney and each time the removalists have been punctual, helpful and friendly. Today we were hit with a lot of trouble with the lift in our old building but Rimon did a great job working around everything and the job was done as quickly and carefully as possible. Because we're only at our new place temporarily I'll be happy to use quick and easy later in the year when we have to move again.

Ive moved with various companies but quick & easy are just as the name suggests. Booking was smooth and the workers Sebastian & Sam were young & energetic. Did the job in under 3 hours!! They were careful with my belongings and didn't complain once about the 6 flights of stairs! Quick & Easy Removalist were definitely Quick and they made a complicted move easy. We had to have a portion in storage and a portion packed and moved to a rental. Then on 6 months both lots were effortlessly transferred interstate. They listened to us about our fragile items and took great care covering our wooden items with padded covers. Our surfboards were packed the way we instructed and all arrived safely. A wonderful bunch of people to deal with who were polite and respectfull and nothing too much trouble. Highly recommended.

These guys were so great! I think I spoke to Fay over the phone originally to organise everything and she was super friendly and lovely. The guys did such a great job- I didn't realise they would wrap all my furniture, which was a huge plus because it was going into storage. They really took care of everything and looked after my belongings, and took a lot of care not damage anything. It all started with the amazing Melinda in the office, who supported me all the way through a very stressful move from the Mid North Coast of NSW to Adelaide. She answered every question promptly, gave me realistic answers every time, and generally put my mind at ease throughout the whole process. Maz and his brother were prompt, and worked amazingly hard to lift what was a very heavy and big load - everything was treated carefully and with respect, and solutions to tricky items were offered at all times. I would never use any other movers than Quick and Easy, who I've turned to four times since 2012. Ive just had Maz and Ash move me from Sydney to Melbourne, while my partner is overseas. Every time I use Q&E has been fantastic, and this time, Maz and Ash took it to another level. Maz is like Doctor Who - an affable, friendly magician who can pack a truck (or maybe his Tardis) in a way that makes your belongings fit neatly into the tiniest space. It's quite the talent and Im still amazed. It meant all my items were snug and protected for the long journey. Together, Maz and Ash completed my pick-up and drop-off in half the time I expected. Not a thing was worse for wear in any way. They helped to take apart my digital piano as they recognised how fragile it was (when I wasn't aware) and put it back together. They brought their own tools. They were kind and quiet and very professional - even more so during those tricky moments with the heaviest items when I was most anxious. I wish them both the very best - fantastic people. Thank you both!

We used these guys to move our 2 bed apartment furniture. They showed up on time, were friendly and efficient. There were two flights of stairs and they made it look easy. They were very professional and packed the truck like absolute legends, fitting everything in. They were careful with our stuff and used blankets to pad things up and strapped things inside the truck to keep them from moving and getting damaged. They did the whole job in two hours with a little help from us carrying the light furniture. I would definitely recommend them, we were very impressed!

Daniel and Mahmoud were very polite and professional.They had no trouble with lifting and moving my belongings from a storage unit safely into my new flat.They did 5 flights of stairs, with no trouble, amazing.I had no hidden extra charges and no damages and no charges to and from depot!! Affordable, got the job done - was a pretty hard move and some of our stuff was quite bulky & heavy. They were late by a few hours however the guys were friendly and relatively quick to load the van. An appliance did break however they organised someone to come out, his name was Vee and he was amazing! It's all fixed now and couldn't be happier, his customer service was also awesome. Overall good company for your move with some slight hiccups.

I booked on 1st September for removalist from a storage unit to my house. I read the reviews and many 5 stars which was the reason why I have picked Q & E. I'm extremely disappointed. Not only my removalist turned up late more than an hour instead at 8am as I was waiting at the storage, they took 4 hours to pack from storage to the truck. Then arriving at the destination after 2pm, then made me and my whole family helped with carrying things inside the house. That took another 1.5 hours. I had plans to had the items carried to each room but given everything took over 7 hours already, I had to drop everything in my garage instead. To date I'm still unpacking. I never want to use you guys again. I usually don't complain but I had to this time. I paid nearly $900 for very little service.

Neither Quick nor Easy!!!! In fact, super slow and rude. Stay away from this company .They are an absolute rip off and when I complained, no formal apologies were made. They didn't fill the elevator once they realize I don't have much stuff just to increase the time. Each time, they wait inside the truck for a few minutes to rest. They even talked to strangers on the way without respecting my time. When I objected the guy raised his voice and almost bullied me such that I was close to calling the police. I called their manager but that behaviour was only corrected when it was time for payment. I would have been better hiring a van and moving myself.

This company sent 3 men and they bullied me into paying an extra $600 cash saying I had too much stuff. I did not have too much and had paid a lot for the move. The manager says the men denied everything and with no receipt for the cash paid I am out of pocket! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

the guys moved very slow, they took their time that i even helped them to move my things, the guy even said to me, "if you want it to be quicker, go help take a few stuff as well". the stuff to move was only for 1 person and i didnt have any furnitures, yet it took 2 hours and 30 mins to move all stuff!! when there was no parking in front of us, the guys said they'll park their truck in the street and added, "we will doublepark and you pay for the fee if we get caught" wherein fact there were parking spots just right across us. the minimum booking is for 2hrs, and they went over for 15 minutes (intentionally!) to already charge you the 30minutes fee. i went to this company as they were referred to me, but im extremely disappointed! never again!

If I had only one word to describe the move it would be DIASTROUS. The list we sent to Q & E Removals for truck size calculations somehow ended up with another truck being required and double the price. Removalist in second truck was so abrupt and delivered incorrect boxes to all rooms. They didn't care that I wouldn't be able to move these in the next coming days as they knew my husband was required to travel for work. Almost all of our furniture had damage from chips to broken backs on book cases. Fay was quite the saleswoman and had us confident of a successful and seamless move. Would never recommend this company after all this drama and to compound the physical and emotional day they insisted on cash payment on arrival after initial deposit paid to their office in Sydney.

Absolutely unprofessional business. Damaged my items, and did not act as a serious business when contacted about said damage. I am appalled at the service. Called me at 5.30 SHARP on the minute to have me pay for their service, then when I contacted about the damage to my furniture, I was ignored for 10 days. Only for them to come back and say they won't do anything because I did not buy extra insurance. Fortunately for us, there's lots of consumer rights and consumer guarantees which will not let unserious businesses like this fly. Don't book with them unless you want to deal with an unAustralian attitude and service. C - grade company with C - grade customer service.

Interstate move sydney to noosa Worst move ever! The head guy spoke on his phone ear piece the whole time practically. While the other spoke to him the whole time in between not in English. They arranged us and another company involved in the move (Mark & Jason at NOOSA VAN Line I highly recommend) to be there at 8am and didn't arrive until the 1.5 hours. We got charged for the other companies time for 1.5 hours and had to pay in advance for Q&E for their time and later were charged for the 1.5 hours the other company sat there with there ferry vehicle and labourers Lost so many valuable items not through accidental damage but negligence and lack of professional care and service. I watch a very large antique mirror that had made the multiple trips from Home to storage to here fall right behind the Removalist who had simply moved something from in front of it in the ferry vehicle. It smashed and is irreplaceable as a one off. They hadn't even it was supported and I had it wrapped in a blanket , newspaper and cardboard box. Many boxes marked fragile were badly beaten up almost collapsed as I saw men heavy handling those. We lost 6 lamp shades as they were crumbled and even hard (not fabric) shell ones were smashed. A concrete umbrella stand was broken a whole 1/3Rd off it. A jewellery cabinet was delivered upside down!! and many items were damaged beyond repair. We have asked for compensation of only the mirror as I saw it fall behind there Removalist due to his lack of care. And for the other companies time. No refund has been offered just excuses despite going to the department of fair trading. I will let the furniture Removalist association know too and encourage all to let both departments and associations know and if you are thinking of using them don't! They don't care. Just greedy. Quick & Greedy/Quick & Dodgy should be there name. You have been warned. The cost of our move was about $5000 to move us out and $5800 to move us in and storage for a few months so I estimate we spent $15,000 and only claimed about $800 back. I WILL NEVER EVER USE AGAIN!!

We moved a week ago and we are still dealing with the consequences of this seriously poor job. The two were polite so in that way there was no issues. The biggest issue was the way things were literally plonked in the doorway of every room. Then everything thrown on top. Even the balcony was the same. They pulled apart all the hoses of the washing machine and we had to get replacement bits. Nothing was placed on a wall but in the doorways. The prices for this service reflects a quality operator, they were not! One of the gentleman working was not able to speak or read English he could not understand my husband. He was putting everything anywhere. When asked not to he didn't understand. While we contacted them once I came and saw the state of the unit, they firmly put the blame on us as my husband had paid them. I could never recommend this company. I know others, including a friend who recommended them to me, have had good experiences but this was very poor and I would avoid them it's not worth the risk. They offered to send someone out for an hour to help repack. I spent nearly 6 hours myself rearranging it. Poor service, over priced, avoid.

Used them for the 2nd time last month. First time was slow but good service. This time they took the mickey, taking seven hours to move a simple one bedroom apartment from the second floor to a ground floor house only 3 blocks away. A LITERAL three blocks..! Cost a little under $3k because they took 7.5 HOURS to do this 90 min job. A lot of breaks, a lot of chatting, a lot of not-caring for the customer. Also a fair bit of damage to the furniture because they used our sticky tape, rather than their own packing tape.

Organised a relocate with Michael Marvin - a team member, from Brisbane to Sydney. Prior to moving he tried to sell me insurance on my goods, I expected an easy transition and thought insurance would only be applicable in the unlikely event of crash/act of God. Frustrated, Michael asked my partner that this would be a great idea and to consider it 'darling'. Fast-forward to today, we've unpacked the lounge and there is a piece missing from our custom leather modular set that was bubble-wrapped and clearly marked with my details. The attitude was certainly felt upon arrival. What I thought would be honest work resulted in up-selling unwanted premiums, retaliation, and greed. Very disappointed, steer well-clear of theft.

Fay is very pushy. I found a cheaper movers that have 1000's of 4 and 5 star reviews. I would of gone with quick and easy but Fay doing the hard sell. I just wanted a quote while I was still trying to work out where I'm moving to, but fay, wow, pushing hard to get that deposit from me and turns out Fay is the reason I went and found AAA city movers. Used them to move house 10 min away which took 7 hours to load and unload 1x truckload. This was with me doing alot of the moving as one of the two removal guys "Alex" was constantly taking 10 min breaks and did not leave the truck spending a lot of time on the phone. despite turning up 5 min late "Alex" tried to charge for an extra half hour as his phone showed 2 min over when the actual time was 3 min under. THESE GUYS ARE DODGY OPERATORS. They have a great sales pitch. Told us how their compliant and how they take care of office equipment. no word about purchasing extra insurance until after the deposit was paid. They used a contractor which consisted of a guy with two kids. A staff member spotted them dropping 3 cartons off the back of the truck. They smashed a screen, and broke the legs on one of our desks. The removalists lied to the employer about how our screens were left left for them to move and took no responsibility for the damage. (We sent before and after photos of the damage.) Removalist said that I signed off on the job and insinuated that I should have made them wait until all the equipment was setup before we signed off. spoke to the dodgy sales person who informed me that he would have a solution for me as he had to lodge a report. a week later sent an email stating that it wasn't their fault and it was bad luck that we hadn't taken out the extra insurance. I assume if you run a removal business, that you'd have insurance for situations alike. So we pay for extra insurance against to cover their staff for mistreating our property? No duty of care, blatant disregard of property , terrible customer service. CANT BE TRUSTED.

I would not recommend this company to anyone after what I have experienced. If you still must use these people here some things to look out for. Make sure all the communications are in written format. They are quick to ring you and offer lower price or discounts over the phone but then will go back on their words. When you dispute things promised over the phone, they are quick to threaten you about them recording their phone calls but when you ask for the recordings, they will say the system is currently not working. They will also hang up on you mid-phone conversation, if they realize they are at a disadvantage. Once you have paid you deposit, they may also mention hidden cost that were not previously mentioned. Make sure you keep record of movers arrival and leaving time, and get them to acknowledge this time before they leave your property, when they come to load your belonging as they will over charge the hourly rate by 2 hours in my case. Also keep a close eye on the rate at they are working as they took nearly to 4 hours to load a 23 m3 into a truck. I have to say, the only positive experience I got from my stressful interstate move was the people (Dani and Steve) who delivered and unloaded the truck. They were friendly and efficient.

Don't be fooled by the name quick and easy. They are definitely not that, they are incredibly slow. Do not use this company. There is only 2 of us and we moved from a 3 bedroom townhouse into a 2 bedroom place, which was a 3 minute drive between the two places and for some reason it took them 20 minutes to complete a 3 minute journey. It took them over 10.5 hours to complete the move. The head guy was talking to someone on the phone the whole time and not in English. He was taking his time like he was on a holiday. Keep an eye on them, they take extended breaks at the back of their truck doing nothing but clocking up the hours so that they can make money off you. I should have read the reviews before I booked. They lack integrity and don't do the right thing by the customer. When I complained they said that one hurt he hand doing the move, when in fact he turned up to the job with a bandaged hand. When I told them I will be giving them a bad review they offered $250 compensation to ensure I don't write a bad review, I didn't accept their hush money, I felt it was more important to inform potential customers of what may happen to them. The worst customer experience ever !

It wasn't quick, wasn't easy. They use contractors. The one I got finished a 4 hour job in 7.5 hours. Don't be tempted by their low prices. Hire a more expensive one for a fixed price, it will turn out cheaper. I had lazy amateurs with my removals job who were professional time wasters. At every obstacle they were calling their managers. They didn't know how to manoeuvre a fridge and when I gave them suggestions, they called their manager who yelled at me for having a narrow hall. Then he threatened me that he would dump everything into my garage and leave. The people at the central office were kind. Use them at your own risk and upsize if necessary. If you end up hiring them, then mention this review and ask them to make sure you don't get the same contractors as I did.

We must be the exception to the rule: our stuff did not fit on the vehicle provided. Time pressure meant we landed up with 3x desks, 5x chairs, 2x beds and a heap of other quite useable items on the sidewalk for council pick up. In addition, other bits and pieces of furniture that got disassembled and lost by Q&E to try make more things fit, added a trampoline (missing springs), book case (missing shelves) and a tv (now don't have a stand) to the tally of lost and left furniture. The team that moved our stuff lost their ability to understand English in the 24hrs it took to deliver and consequently left ALL 100 odd boxes in the garage as they 'could not understand' our instructions or read what was written on the boxes. The response from Q&E was disappointing. WORST MOVE EVER (We've moved a bit in our time.) AT YOUR OWN PERIL
