I had a very negative experience with my last move several years ago so I was incredibly nervous booking my move this time around. Professional Movers lived up to their name 100%. From the initial phone call, to quoting, confirmation of deposit, reminder phone call, then the actual move itself, plus a follow up phone call the next day. Wow. Everything went smoothly. Nothing was damaged. They were so polite and really seemed to care about each box, each item of furniture. I was very impressed. The most seamless and stress free move day I have ever had, all thanks to Professional Movers. packed the truck well enough, however arrived late in the afternoon so probably tired so very slow, took 2hrs to pack a 1 bedroom apartment. Required a lot of help from myself and friends and charged 200 extra on the day to carry a couch down four flights of stairs. All in all wouldn't recommend and wouldn't use again for 5.5hrs at $120 an hour did not make the move easier.

The worst service ever experienced, decided to go with them with the fake reviews here, I recently shifted from Melbourne to Sydney,they delayed the service from the booked time,then I asked for discount for loss happened in my personal end, they agreed for bit discount. After unpacking noted they damaged TV LED and emailed them too,they are relaxly replying that team busy and they get back While packing only Dany and other guy was good.otherwise worst service

I had a very bad experience using this Removalist, I will never use them again. The two guys who came to do the job reached 6 hours late from the given time, were slow, wasted time, my new place was just 2 mins drive but it took them 20-25mins to reach. Not very professional, threatened me to pay immediately when I wanted to speak to the original person with whom I booked the rate. I didn't feel safe around them. Overcharged me, their service and quality of work was bad.One wall each of new and old unit was scattered, Tv unit poorly wrapped. I complained about the issues I had faced there no resolution received yet!

This company was terrible and so disrespectful. 1. After booking the removal date and time in a month prior, they provide less than 24 hours notice that they need to change the time with three out everything. 2. There was no way of contacting the company to find out what was happening so this stressed out my elderly dementia uncle whom I was moving into aged care. 3. After negotiating a pick up time of 6am, the Removalists don't show up till 8am which was the original pick up time. They then proceed to sit in the truck playing on their phones for 20 mins till I went and knocked on the door. 4. Neither removalist could speak any English which made communication difficult, they were lazy and often needed prompting to work. 5. When I finally got onto the company they were apologetic and acknowledged the poor service however they also could not explain what went wrong and why they were stuffing us around. The moment I stated I would not be paying for the full service due to this and I wanted to know how I would be compensated they called the drivers and told them to stop working until I agreed to pay. 6. When they got to the other side they again refused to work until I paid them. But now they were charging me for the additional hours they were supposed to have showed up! I called the company and argued with the Operations Manager who acknowledged their late arrival (2 hours late) and that i would not be paying for those non worked hours. Again it was acknowledged and after 30 mins they agreed and I paid the suddenly now English speaking Removalists. These people are nothing but a scam and Id consider a lot of the good reviews on here are them or family friends etc trying to boost the reviews. Seriously go with a more widely know removalist that have a standard of service. It's really not worth going with these people. They are stressful and unprofessional. You just don't need this when you are moving your worldly possessions.

Extremely poor communication. My relocation experience was less than satisfactory with an inferior level of packing and service. I have tried on several occasions to follow up with the management about my experience and have no reply. Overcharged for the level of service provided. Would not recommend.
