Nothing was too hard, too difficult or out of the question with these incredible boys. Not once did they complain or whinge about how heavy or hard things got. A tricky 10 hour move. I had packed 30 years of living in sane apartment into many boxes. At the destination (a 90 year old historic apartment block)there was the issue of finding parking, negotiating a narrow lift and a grumpy building manager. Felix and the 2 team members worked with unflagging high energy and good humour. No problem was too big and solutions were always found. Many old and delicate pieces were treated thoughtfully. This is a highly impressive team. Strongly recommended.

I had a great experience moving my home today with Outer Space Removals! Big shout out to Chris and David who handled my furnitures, fridge, washing machine and countless boxes today! During the move, it suddenly rained very hard for an hour, they were drenched but kept on continuing to push through in the rain with my boxes so that the whole process was as efficient as possible for me. Better yet, it was just all smiles from them today, very friendly and lovely people. I really appreciated the professionalism from both of them. Reliable and punctual as well. It's my first time moving house seriously and I hired Outerspace removals to help me two weeks ago. I want to say the service was great. The two guys who helped me are Cris and Facundo. They were so nice and patience to deal with my requests and de-assemble/re-assemble some of my tricky furnitures with great cares. While you might think the usual removal machos are pretty rough and just want to get things done quickly and move on to next job. Cris and Facundo were not one of them. They carried my stuffs very carefully down and upstairs. they also helped me to fix my window frame while I accidentally knocked off my window door. Highly recommend!

Competence of removalists and equipment is just about par for small-scale relocations. If the move is for 3 bedrooms or higher, you are better placed to find someone with higher competence and equipment. Some of our stuff were damaged as they were not properly covered or disassembled in transit. Had to replace a sit-and-stand desk as the legs stopped working as they not disassembled prior to transit. An expensive ornamental table had been damaged at multiple points as it was not properly covered during transit.

Don't be fooled by the pretty photos and caring smiles! Booking Outer Space has not been a smooth move. Various pieces of furniture were destroyed during a quick 10 min relocation trip: 2 metals legs on a bathroom cabinet broke off, LED strip controller attached to work desk completely ripped out (despite telling them to be extra careful prior), shoe storage unit completely destroyed to pieces, lock from mirror jewellery stand mysteriously unlocked and fell to pieces. Lastly, another storage unit arrived with the bottom part detached and cracked. My camera and wireless mics were kept in a zipped storage bag but seemed to have vanished during transit. But there's nothing I can do since none of the work is insured. They knew about the damages but still asked to be paid for overtime by more than an hour. I can see the rave reviews below and wish I could do the same. Apart from their punctuality, there's not much that's recommendable. This relocation job costs me an additional $2000+ (approx cost of replacing the broken furniture and missing camera and mics).
