Such a great experience moving out of our old 2 story apartment block with very challenging access. Had found the move in with another company absolutely harrowing (late, complained vociferously the whole time, came in 3x the quoted amount). So spent longer looking around for a better service. Will never use any other movers now - these guys are the way to go. Movers choice were completely unfazed by the access issues and planned ahead. As a result, we finished ahead of schedule and under the anticipated quote. All the while the guys were lovely, very careful with our stuff, and made an effort to get all the right boxes into the right rooms at the new destination. It was a completely different experience to not feel stressed on moving day - actually cannot fathom how good it was. Would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

We have now used Movers Choice twice in a year (don't ask!). The most recent was last weekend we had Lewis & Thomas to move our belongings. They were punctual, communicative, and just nice guys who not only do their jobs extremely well but enjoy what they do. Our stuff was 'tetrissed' (and I am not kidding) into two trucks and taken into storage for us. All was arranged by Movers Choice at very short notice and they have been so supportive and helpful. I would definitely recommend Lewis & Thomas and Movers Choice.

From the first contact to the end of the move, the process was the smoothest Ive ever experienced. Damien organising each detail, sending out a bigger truck on the day, arranging tv moving boxes at short notice. Tom and Johnny really went the extra mile to make sure our move was done as quick as possible and in 1 trip. Couldn't have asked for friendlier and more professional movers. They worked with us to make sure some especially heavier items would be able to be loaded and unloaded. I would like to thank Johnny & Harry for helping us to move into our new house over the weekend. You were both very professional and were very careful with our belongings. It was a tough job moving furniture up multiple levels of stairs in 35 degree heat with no air con but you just got on with it. You even helped us assemble our sofas/bed and re-connect our washing machine which was greatly appreciated. Throughout our many moves, we've had plenty of encounters with moving companies, but the Movers Choice team stands out as one of the best. We recently hired Movers Choice for our move and were impressed with their services from start to finish. Firstly, they provided us with a quick and reasonable quote once we agreed on the date and time. Lucas, our point of contact, was very helpful and followed up with us frequently to ensure that we were on track with our packing. On the day of our move, Tom and Sam arrived right on time and were professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Despite having to park the truck a considerable distance away, and haul everything through multiple doors, Tom and Sam did an incredible job. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was done correctly, even lifting our heavy dryer multiple times to ensure it was placed correctly. Overall, we highly recommend Lucas, Tom, Sam, and the entire Movers Choice team to anyone who is in need of a reliable and efficient moving company.

Highly highly recommend Clear communication from first booking, to clarification around what needed to be moved (including advice on how to correctly pack fragile items), to very graciously shifting the original booking back 24 hours at late notice, to clear text messages around arrival time. Oliver and Adz were punctual, polite, careful and bloody fast. Moving sucks but these fellas completely removed the worry and stress.

I went with both the crates and getting them to move me. Oliver and Sam provided exceptional service on move day from start to finish. Truely exceptional service. I had a 2 day pack and move and it was 100% worth every penny. The guys were super knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I felt really comfortable just letting them work, not needing to check in or guide very much at all. There was some complexity to my move: apartment lift bookings and loading docs, about 100 plants, art work, and added stop to pick up a Facebook marketplace item. They handled all of it wonderfully. There was one small breakage which they showed me straight away, didn't try to hide it and hope I didn't notice which other movers have done to me in the past. Because it was a cheap item they discounted the cost of the move on the day rather than making me go through a claim process. The ecostax crates are awesome, very much worth the cost imo. Unpacking them has been so easy. Really could not recommend these guys enough.

I've had experience with many moving companies but they were a best movers I've had. From the first contact, they replied so quickly and I got a lot of information. Also, one day before my moving day, they contacted and asked me if I had any concerns. On the moving day, they arrived on time, they did their work so quick and efficiently and didn't waste any time. From the quoting phase right through to the refund phase(!!) everyone was a delight to work with - good, responsive, communication; punctual; efficient; EXTREMELY helpful; & great banter to boot, which made moving (something I loathe) much more enjoyable. To explain the refund - I accidentally got charged too much as a particular discount wasn't applied but didn't bother to chase it up because who's got the time when you're moving.
