We recently had a house full of furniture moved from Perth to Sanctury Cove Qld. The team that packed our items not only covered and protected everything, they also new how to pack a container properly. The not only ensured nothing moved, but also got maximum space used within the container thus reducung cost. Even the team on the other end were exceptional. Highly recomend Keys. Amanda came to our property to provide a quote. She was professional, answered all our questions and always returned phone calls. Dean made all the necessary arrangements for the packing, uplifting and delivery of all our belongings. He was professional, double checked everything and kept us informed. Cameron and Cory packed everything - they were incredibly fast, efficient and very polite. Their packing standard was excellent, not one single item was broken or damaged. Brenton and Rob did the final pack and prep before uplifting and delivery. Even though we moved to a two story house - nothing was too much trouble. Nothing was damaged, there were no marks on the walls and they placed everything exactly where we wanted it. They were polite and incredibly efficient. 10 out of 10 - thank you! When the team arrived on packing day they all introduced themselves so we new them all by name. All of our items were wrapped very carefully. This was a big move and the team had a good sense of humour over the three days of packing, uplift and delivery. They were literally running the entire time to get the job done. We had a hiccup at our end with settlement delayed by our buyer which meant changing the delivery date to the new home. Keys adapted quickly to the change of date without complaint. The team moved valued furniture carefully and managed to get some pieces into rooms with tight spaces. We thoroughly recommend Keys to assist with your next move. On time and always answered or promptly returned calls. However our one new large sideboard, highlighted as please do not damage, was pushed up the truck ramp with my son watching, the angle with a very small low wheeled platform, was never going to work. Upside down it damaged the top. Noted on the pickup. Result: you did not pay the $1000 insurance fee. My reply, I do not need insurance that is limited anyway, if you damaged the items, that is it could have/ Should have been avoided. I'm covered. That is they can't just throw and smash you possession. Duty of care. When I highlighted the insurance restrictions and their policy, yes I read all the fine print. I was told they would pass it onto there insurance, who initially said no. Four attempts I gave up. The only way to repair solid timber is to have it removed again to a repair shop. This was my 18th move, this time not complements of the Defence Force. What do you do? Start visiting removal company offices, get a lawyer or let them take $4,500 for a local move and take no responsibility. Andrew Swanbourne

I asked this company to move my items from WA to SA. They lost a box full of electronics like a Nintendo switch and 3 long clamps. This is after taking 4 weeks to deliver the items. I contacted them to report the missing items. First I called them and was promised an email shortly regarding the items... I got no response. I called again a week later and tried again. This time I sent them an email with pictures of the missing items. Still no response. After several more calls and emails I got the response that basically says your a lair and we are going to do nothing about it, take us to court. I was then contacted by Tim who's a director of the company. Tim agreed my evidence showed my items were there. Tim apologised agreed that everyone is always learning and everyone can always do better which I do agree. I eventually got all my items from Keys. Thought initially no pleasant they finished with good customer service. My old advice, take you own inventory first before you move before relying on anyone to do it for you. Would not recommend Keys Brothers. The delivery boys were fine, very prompt, polite, professional. But the office is impossible. Difficult to organize times, but the worst thing is that lost goods are just that, lost goods. They will not make any attempt to retrieve your lost goods. So as long as you're okay with losing a bunch of stuff with your move or you're so extremely organized that you know exactly what you're missing as the boys move your stuff in, would not recommend this removalist.

My family move a 20ft container from Brisbane to Perth 12 months ago and Keys were responsible for unloading the container , I have moved around the world and have never had the experience that Whybirds and Keys provided , firstly Keys failed to do there research about our driveway and after blocking the street for 20 minutes during morning rush hour we received a call that they will not be able to unload at the property and will park elsewhere and unload the contents of the container with an extra charge , further to this day I still have not received any word on my PlayStation that conveniently did not arrive in Perth ,the insurance excess is practically the same value of the PlayStation and why should I pay for an item that went missing from a Container that I watched being packed , to this day it makes me sick that this organisation refused to even look into the matter . I definitely do not recommend this Business.

Used over the years. Realy good. But last move. Dragged there feet. Slowest removalists ive ever seen. And i used to be one. All furniture damaged. Stored in container 3 years. Most stuff ruined from moisture and dirt. Rang management about cost quires. Spoke absolute rubbish about job. Remember i was one. Full traineeship completed and lots of years experience. Never again. Can get backyarder at 3rd of the cost and get same result. Paid for professionals got young bludgers. One NZ fella was nice and did most of work unloading whilst driver mucked around folding pads at a pace of a 12 year old.If this is standard now. Very poor.Not worth it

Pick up day from Perth was good. Then everything went downhill. A bookcase delivered with a chunk missing from a shelf. A big chip out of a tv unit. One box smashed in, a treasured ornament smashed to a thousand pieces. Plates smashed. A tv power cord missing. Told 2 - 3 weeks... One month later we received our belongings. Not so impressed. And they never cared enough to respond. Will never use again.

Worse company ever (at least the Perth branch)! I discovered after 3 weeks of email exchanges and calls in order to get a quote that I wasn't even figuring as customer and couldn't find my request. Got a quote after this that was more than double compared to others. When I called them to try to understand the reason behind that crazy price and pointed out that I got cheaper quotes they simply answered to me than go with PACK e SEND. Yes I m w Pack and send now! They re professional and polite!!!!

Unfortunately I am not able to comment on the pick up, storage, transit or delivery aspects of the business. The reason being Keys didn't even provide me with a quote despite me contacting them on three occasions. Each time I was told they would be in touch in a couple of days with a quote. I know these are strange times but customer service is still important. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Terrible experience. Terrible customer service & overall unprofessional company. I shipped my belongings from Perth to England. KEYS lost some of my inventory about 6 months ago now and there has been zero progress or updates on the situation for months. Ive been very patient but now they haven't replied to any of my emails for 4 months and it's getting very frustrating. The last communication I heard from them is that they have 'found' the lost items and would ship them to the Uk. However, I contacted the British courier to get updates and they informed me that they have received NO such communications from KEYS and there is no record of a container containing my inventory being on the water??? On top of that, Ive reached out to Daisy - who was originally communicating with me regarding the shipment - multiple times and she's completely ghosted me. Please do not waste your time and money on this company.

Terrible! I asked them to put any boxes with nothing written on them in the front lounge. What do they do? Put every single box in there no matter what room was written on it. Now i have to spend hours going through it all and carrying it around the house. They were dropping boxes on the ground off the container with no regard for my belongings. Wouldn't recommend
