We recently had Keffords move our house full of furniture and belongings from Brisbane to Mt Isa. We have never had to organise a big move like this before but Keffords made the whole process so easy and gave us no reason to stress at all. From the first quote to the storage of our items in Mt Isa to the final delivery in our new house, Keffords have been amazing. Everyone I've dealt with at Keffords has been so friendly and helpful, even when I had to add extra boxes to load after our items had already been taken to the depot. The guys who collected everything from us in Brisbane were so efficient and obviously packed everything in the truck with care as we didn't have a single broken or damaged item on arrival in Mt Isa. We are so very happy with the service we received from Keffords and we'll be referring you to as many people as possible! Once again, thank you so much to everyone involved in our move. Not only does Jo provide amazing service, she actually understands your move. Keffords are just not about transporting your precious personal possessions from A to B - the staff actually do care about your items and treat the move like it was their own. Steve and the team packed the container in Mt Isa with such care. Then, at the other end in Brisbane Whybirds - wow! these guys know their craft!. Josh and Jason were outstanding in taking care of my furniture. Not one item was damaged or broken. In fact they commented on how well the container was packed by Steve in Isa which made the unpacking so much easier. They were so polite and respectful and will entertain you with their friendly banter - extremely personable and warm. Without a doubt, I would engage Keffords and Whybirds to handle any future moves. I used them to move to Perth from Mount Isa. They told me to sent our container to Townsville the next day on a truck but that was sent nearly 2 weeks later, so we received our stuff very late. I had to chase with them many times and no one even bother to give me a call despite of several messages left. We found the display unit broken and made a claim (I purchased insurance from them) but never received even any reply. Again I have to call their branch office, head office, fair trade and even reached AFRA, but nothing happened. After all that we found one of the box was missing which we did not count properly at the time of receiving our stuff. Their current branch manager contacted me and resolved the issue. Thanks for doing that.

Terrible! Would not recommend.5 hours late for uplift, with no communication. Lost numerous items, took no care in packing, removalist were dirty and touching my things with dirty hands leaving marks on them and broke a number of items beyond repair.

I can't begin to tell you how disappointed I am in your business. My goods were left in a complete mess I.e. I had spend about an hour moving things around so that I could get to everything, my 65inch tv was offloaded into the unit upside down (I'm still checking to see if there is any damage), it is very clear that whoever unloaded the truck didn't care at all for my goods and didn't care about the condition they left it in.

Not helpful at all, typical Mt Isa attitude. Never returned my calls when they said that they'd call me to update me. I had a query about moving my furniture back to Brisbane. I called 4 times and 4 times I was told that someone would call me back to answer my questions, but no one ever called me back. Ive now made another plan.
