I am not normally a person who complains. The uplift was good, I was impressed with their professionalism however it was downhill after that. The truck was 4 hours late arriving at the destination (I had my parents waiting for it as we wouldn't make it in the time they advised they would be there). They then complained to my parents about the amount of boxes we had and proceeded to place them all in the garage instead of in the rooms as requested. As I went through the boxes I also notes that least 40 boxes stored upside down including boxes clearly marked fragile. These boxes were taped shut with white packing tape with red fragile written on them. These contained expensive crystal glasses and dining settings which had been wedding gifts and hold sentimental value. Unimpressed is the nicest way I can put this. There was also a significant language barrier as the delivery removalists spoke minimal English. Luckily one of them spoke fluent German (as do my parents) so they could communicate this way.

Just thought I post my honest/nightmare of an experience with In N out. They wanted my to delete my initial review but after wasting my own time trying to come to a resolution I thought I repost my experience just in case anyone considers using them. I initially hired them to move bulky furniture from my place to my parents. Taking pictures of items and mentioning items I specifically wanted moved, provided them with photos of access (which was a simple out the back of the premises down the side with ample access. Im going to start by saying thanks for the quick response and execution (this deserves 1 star and only just 1) I was unable to be present for them to load up the truck and I kind of wish they did but: They arrived onsite 12:30 spent 3 hours to load the truck and 30 mins to unload (when arrived at my parents place) In this time the drive DID call me when he arrived onsite and then when he called me again almost 2 hours later, he called me again advised me he is going to start loading the truck now. At first I was like OK he must have spent 2 hours wrapping my furniture so that understandable - oh how I was wrong I get to my parents place awaiting for the truck to arrive, they arrive, as opposed to their pictures and reviews online they did NOT come in uniform, he opens the back of the truck there is about 1m from the back of the truck to the door I was advised my dining table top and TV were not able to fit AND NONE of my furniture is wrapped as agreed upon, there is metal furniture trolled hard up against the front of my fridges - they are CLREARLY damaged, scratched and dented. My heart just sank, I asked about the damage on my fridges and the removalist just ignored me, at this point I just felt physically sick and disgusted and just wanted them to leave. My mattresses were both clearly dragged along the ground and were stained and not a single item they moved was undamaged. To add insult to injury the truck that had other items in it that did not belong to me. I paid for a whole truck didn't I? to be specific there were 2 full boxes of items that had like toys/stuff he would have picked up off the side of the road were in the front of the truck I had to seek other arragements and hire a ute and go move what they promised me would fit. I get to my house and fine a pane of glass left on my front lawn. I contacted their office to make a complaint and was given a ridiculous offer initially of a refund, Then I was offered $250 for the excess time they wasted clearly running up the clock unsupervised for 3 hours to load up the truck (money of which I haven seen), repair to my furniture and a compensation to damages done to both my fridge. Going to be VERY transparent - the offer they gave me is nothing even close to repair or replace damages they caused on my fridges. I was quoted repairs would cost more than the fridges themselves and I believe what would be fair is they can have both my fridges if they replaced both with the exact same model. In summary, if you want a company that WILL run up your time, leave you out of pocket because they can't do what they promised - in this case, blankets over bulky items and shrink wrap mattresses and you have to make aditional arrangements cause they cant do whats promised, outright damage all your furniture, give you a joke of an offer for compensation that wont even cover the full repairs so you're still left with damaged furniture then definitely use 'In n Out Removalist'. End of the day I just want ALL my furniture cleaned and fix to the condition it was before I engaged with you guys or replaced if you cant repair WOULD NOT recommend anyone use these guys. End of the day i paid for a service, was promised a service and going left out of pocket cause they dont want to accept responsibility and fully repair my fridges to condition it was prior to them moving it AND left out of pocket to move a table top and tv that was promised to be moved but not even attempted.
