Our whole experience with moving from Bundaberg to Hervey Bay, with all our possessions stored for five months in between, was a breeze. We moved from Waterford (south of Brisbane) to Bundaberg and Bundaberg Removals were great. All contacts prior to the move with the office were very positive and the removal itself went without any issues. Jason and Jon arrived at our house around the middle of the day and had everything loaded and left late in the afternoon. We had them pack our TV which was worthwhile - only cost an extra $50. Our furniture was delivered to our new Bundy address and again everything went well. Nothing was too much trouble for Jason and Jon - Jason has an amazing memory for where furniture came from in the old house and where it should go in the new house. Thank you to all involved in the move - Emily and Penelope in the office and in particular Jason and Jon who did the hard labour in hot conditions. If you need a grand piano moved for what ever reason these are the people to fo it. We were informed about Bundaberg Removals via the real estate agent we were dealing with to purchase our new home in Innes Park. Our experience when we visited the main off ice was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our communications with the office staff up to the day prior to pick up at our former address was also more than satisfactory. We were informed that the pickup would be at a certain time and date and that was exactly hat happened. A little surprised to see that the truck parked virtually outside our house the night before but that let for an early start to loading. The driver Rick was very prompt, on time and very courteous and obliging. His team mate Walter arrived a little while later.. Another very courteous gentleman. Our belongings were delivered to our new address at time and date promised. Rick and his off sider did a marvelous job with the pick up and delivery. Overall experience with the Bundaberg removals was excellent and would recommend them for your move especially if they employ Rick to do the work for them. On unpacking our possession there were no breakages or damage what so ever. We packed all our own boxes and it was mainly these and the bulky furniture items that were loaded. i also recommend that you read the conditions of contract for your removal so that you are aware of yours and their obligations. All in all an excellent move.

Not sure if I would use this company again. It all started when they didn't show up at 7am. Office wasn't open till 8. They finally arrived at 8.30. They said our job looked easy & off they went. When getting to the new place they banged into a fence & said they were not liable. They then proceeded to get slower & slower bringing items in. Last item came in right on the 2 hour mark. They then said they would go close up the truck & be back with the paperwork. 10 mins later & another 5 trying to get their office on the phone so they could charge those 15mins to us. So after the stressful days that our family has had, this was very disappointing

Honestly this company has been the worst I have ever used, From communication from Chris to the workers turning up late and so many damages in such a simple load. The boss Chris then tried to make excuse for the broken tv and washing machine and big scratch on the fridge. I would not recommend these guys to move a single item for you.

So I paid $6000 to Bundaberg Removals and storage to move all of our items from one house to another house. Here is the list of items they did not move and that I can no retrieve. Total replacement value is well over $3000. There is no excuse to explain this. Chris, the owner, I believe, came the day before moving and took photos of everything that was coming. If he had any questions he could have looked at the photos on his phone. The incompetents astounds me. You decide whether you would use them or not. Box of crystal glasses from my mum and dads wedding day. - not replaceable Daughters bed, that was sitting on top of boxes that did arrive and it was left outside so someone carried it Daughters play kitchen that was next to the trampoline that did arrive rough cut timber bookshelves, that were on top of something that did arrive dog and cat beds, that were in the main bedroom and made there way outside so someone carried them fencing wire 2 x 20kg bags of DE that were inside a cart. The cart arrived the bags did not 4 cat scratchers dragon fruit tree that was next to all the other trees that did arrive roll of insulation that they moved to access the artwork behind it. wheel barrow I have moved interstate so many times, back and forth and never have I ever had to be there to watch the movers and never have i ever had items not show up or get broken. Bundaberg removalists also broke a number of items that they are currently refusing to pay to fix. The incompetence is astounding.
