Amazing service and price. I got my furniture from overseas. Aussie Move kept me well-informed about the progress of my shipment. They delivered the goods to my place. The delivery guys were very careful in unloading everything and placing items inside my home. Aussie Move charged a fair price for all the services. Would recommend and use Aussiemove when/if I move again. All staff were polite, friendly and always answered emails and calls quickly and provided all the information needed. We asked them for three different quotes regarding international shipping and they were happy to oblige even before anything had been signed. I received top notch service from Aussie move today. I needed a last minute removal of furniture, and this service was just there for me. I mean both movers were punctual, quite polite, ethical, professional, handled all furniture with care. The cost estimate and time was just as I was told from the start and there were no hidden charges. What stood out was how the furnitures were handled with exceptional care and the move was hassle free. From pick up to delivery, they both listened and asked questions when unsure about something. Aussiemove were a pleasure to do business with, polite, friendly, courteous, super helpful, and hard working. Never messed us around (which is something that is fairly common with a lot of other movers as some of you may have experienced). We're using them for storage of our stuff while we are working interstate and when we go traveling overseas eventually (when this 'rona stuff if finally done) and we picked them because they will deliver your stuff anywhere in the world. It's incredibly reasonable for 10m cubed of storage and that's way bigger than you think, I thought we were getting close to our limit but after the pickup they told us that it was less than half our max allowance, haha! They do get extremely busy though so if you need a pickup arranged then you best book well ahead of time, like several weeks ahead, to avoid disappointment, or you can drop the stuff off yourself to their warehouse at Parafield Gardens (which is what we did with a few things we put int later. Highly recommend for service, convenience, and value.

Helped me pack up and move my furniture and personal effects to Perth, WA in 2005 and again in 2008; 2. AussieMove's staff (in particular Craig, Di and Kerryn) have been outstanding to deal with - they are hard-working, passionate and dedicated and always an absolute pleasure to talk to and deal with. 4. Aussie Move's movement of my furniture and personal effects to Perth, WA from Adelaide, SA on TWO separate occasions in 2005 and 2008 was done in an incredibly fast, efficient and professional way with ZERO damage to my items. I had a fridge and lounge suite and dining setting moved to Perth, WA and the storage of these items from 2005 to 2008 was so perfect that they seemed BRAND NEW when we unpacked them in Perth. 5. Aussie Move stored from 2005 to 2020 professional books, folders of records and items including photographs and certificates for me. When I unpacked them in 2020, they were in PRISTINE and perfect condition which is a testament to Aussie Move's excellent storage warehouse / storage modules / storage methods and processes. I highly recommend Aussie Move for all of your storage and moving needs. They are an incredibly professional business to deal with and their pricing is worth absolutely every cent. Highly recommend Aussiemoves. I moved interstate and into an apartment. From quote, pick and delivery, the team were responsive and professional. The team cares about your belongings. At pick up they wrapped items like bed base, lounge etc, to do their best to deliver your goods safely. Moving into an apartment could have been stressful, but the delivery boys made it fun and hassel free. Thank you Adelaide and Brisbane removalist teams and to everyone involved. Mixed review Good receiving and temporary holding of our containers, good communication overall, and excellent delivery of containers. But terrible re packing of our containers after quarantine inspection. Items were scratched, squished and shoved into the containers without care, and resulted in scratches and minor damage. Also contents of containers were mixed up. This is despite our warning that without our supervision it was impossible to repack well. And we were charged a lot for this poor service. We would be hesitant to use again unless only door to door service.

Delivery was done well by Trent. Cargo arrived in good condition. The reason for 1 star is because of the poor communication and customer service experience by the office coordinator. In spite of submitting proof of emails that I hadn't been communicated with before the delivery, the person thought it appropriate to continue arguing with a customer and being curt over the phone instead of accepting their mistake. Urgent need for customer service training.

Completely agree with the other reviewer. Aussiemove were great to begin with but I witnessed how badly many items were packed, only to find a number of breakages when the container was unpacked. The state manager basically told me it was bad luck. Go with a company that stands by its claims in its marketing material.

Worst moving experience ever. Aussiemove tried to hand responsibility to another shipper at receiving end and also allowed company at other end to level a $1500 USD charge at me. Then it was my responsibility to provide the paperwork when it should have been theirs as I paid for door-to-door not door to port. They are tardy in following up anything resulting in my shipment eventually being seized as I refused to be extorted. Update: Never got my entire shipment from Peru. Agreed on a $2k settlement. Be extremely careful shipping abroad and use a company that has experience using the port you plan to use.

Shocking company. Move order placed November 17th, I still don't have my things delivered 17th Jan. I call them every two days for an update and get the same answer our operations manager is gone for the day I will call you tomorrow - never hear back from them. Countless email, countless phone calls, months waiting... so not use them for interstate moves. My delivery was Cairns to Adelaide and was promised to have by Christmas. Still waiting.

I used Aussiemove to receive a container from overseas. Most things were ok in terms of getting my goods to my house. However, several items were detained for cleaning and quarantine. One item was lost in this process and after a couple weeks of chasing it up with Aussiemove and multiple emails they refused to take responsibility for the lost item when it was clearly lost in the cleaning process. I was disappointed in the carelessness to lose the item in the first place and the failure to do the right thing and compensate me for the item. I am following up with Consumer Affairs.

Furniture broken, furniture items weren't assembled as was stated in contract. We were told we'd receive a call to arrange this, but that never happened. When we enquired, were told we'd refused assembly service which is categorically untrue. Do not recommend.
