These guys were perfect, sufficient and professional had a whole house moved in 3 hours. 30-40 minutes between the locations and an apartment with 3 flight of stairs. And they didn't complain once, I had force them to stop to take a drink at a point. They were friendly and communicative at every step. Even offering to help move rubbish to the council pick up spot out the front of the house. I wouldn't even think twice next time moving. ASL LOGISTICS is the way to go!!!

Guys were super organised, glad wrapped everything, even couch, so it wouldn't get damaged or dirty during moving process. Mark and the other guy were so helpful during our move. They were happy to amend our booking time free of charge even it was our fault with settlement time. They moved my furnitures effectively & kept asking me for more stuffs to be moved when they saw the truck was only half full and we had a few other unpacked boxes. They helped to dismantle our furniture & rearranged them at our new home nicely and neatly. Unlike other people, they worked hard and finished their work within 2 hours.

Team leader Mark and Jonathan were very fast and professional. They did an amazing job and I was very happy with how they handled all the furniture and boxes. The move was from a high rise apartment with lift access, to a storage facility (also with lift access). They were very careful with everything in the home and ensured that nothing was damaged, wrapping all the furniture too. They called before arrival, got there on time and got straight into the move without wasting any time at all. They were quick and efficient but at the same time handled all items with care. We have a fair few old mid century furniture items that need extra care so when I saw furniture wrapping is included as part of the move I knew this was a great option for us. I moved last year interstate but I needed 2x taxiboxes as I had to store my stuff for a few months (flat hunting). I contacted ASL and they were happy to help with the loading of the small containers. The two guys wrapped my furniture with a protective film and they way they handled them...well was with CARE!!!!! This was the first time I used removalists and what a pleasant surprise it was! Also they were masters of loading the containers, furniture tetris at it's best! I would definitely use them again.

I just wanted to commend the removalists because they dismantled and reassembled the beds and even connected the washing machine for me. As well as carrying everything 3 levels up and down! For a single woman that doesn't know how to do these things, I greatly appreciate the help of these men. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Travel Review

It was the 3rd time that we use ASL Logistic. As usual the boys rosed to the task. From the moment they arrived, till the time they leaved, they did not stop. The service runs like clockwork. They turned up ontime, just like they said, we simply had to direct them with what was needed, and then kept on doing our own packing as furniture left the unit to be loaded onto the track. On their arrival at our new address, they continued tierously to transfer our furniture from the truck to the unit. Their were stairs to climb, which they did climb with furniture as required. Within a total of 4 hour our large 2 bedroom unit was emptied and new furniture transfered to our other unit. They reliability and effectiveness made the whole excersise very cost effective. We will deffinitely be using ASL logistic in future. It is simple and easy just how things should be. Thank you to all once again. We would give them 7 stars if we could but the system limits to 5 An amazing job indeed

Back on the 8/12/23 at 6pm the night before the move Ray called me advising they need to change the move to the following day. Removalist were originally booked in to come between 7-8am and then it changed to 8-9am. I was advised 4 storage pods were coming on the truck however only 3 turned up. We ended up putting our outdoor set on council pickup so we could fit all our stuff in 3 storage pods and not wait around for another truck to turn up THE NEXT DAY. We booked in for our furniture to be delivered from storage on Friday 29/12/23. I was messaged on the Wednesday advising that they need to move to the following day as they're booked out after being advised it was booked in 2 days prior. At 2.30pm on the 29/12/23 I messaged confirming for the following day between 8-9am. It was confirmed. Then at 9pm only hours later I was messaged advising that they cannot lift the pods on the truck until 10.30am and arriving at 11am.. 30/12/23 - didn't turn up until just after 11:30am. To save yourself stress, go elsewhere.

1 bedroom apartment fully boxed, ready to go with assistance from the renter took 2 hours overtime. The team were laughing, taking their time. One of them took my fly screen off the handle and left it and I had to tell him to come back and fix it. I said I would be back in 5 minutes and when I returned I saw one of the removalists running away from apartment and the other one was not to be seen for 15 minutes. They couldn't figure out how to use the lift so I spent 15 minutes of the paid time explaining to them how to use it. They left my bed unbuilt and forgot the screws at the old property. When asking what they can do to assist me after explaining all that has happened they offered a free hour and then stopped replying to any of my messages. I would never use this company. They were an hour late in the first place and did nothing but stall and act stupid in order to receive more money.
