Had such a good experience with the two guys who came to collect our stuff. They were so thorough and careful but they were also so friendly and very funny. Couldn't recommend a nicer pair of gentleman to come into your home and make a stressful experience feel smooth and light hearted. When all of our stuff arrived interstate everything was in great condition, except for one minor rub mark on a table but that's no one's fault (things shift in transport). I would definitely recommend and I would definitely use again.

Adams and Rofe gave great service all the way through.From the first quote to the final item being packed for storage, the helpful and knowledgeable staff kept me updated at every stage of the procedure.My furniture was even wrapped by them, a service that no other removalist had ever provided. They really made the entire process less stressful. I heartily endorse them!

Do not hire this company. They 'moved' me and the service was incredibly poor. From breaking many items, just throwing things in boxes, not sticking to their advertised services (e.g. not using porta-robes and destroying many pantry items and MANY more issues). I made a complaint and their service was so bad they fired one worker and warned two others, then completely ignored my request for a refund for services they did not provide. Strongly advise you to complain to Fair Trading if you have a similar experience. Also check your house as they will leave entire rooms untouched. They also only returned some of my belongings when I threatened to call the police. Awful, awful company.

Was overcharged for travel time (1 hour to return to depot). We literally moved in next door to them ! Contacted them on several occasions to have the charge fixed and got the run around. Said they would speak to managemnet but never returned any calls. Would not recommend.
