Had a great experience working with the crew at 1st move to go from an apartment to a house at short notice. Communication was great from the start, everyone worked efficiently and with great care. A special thanks to Ivo who coordinated , explained patiently when i did not quite understand , came through on an emergency requirement and assisted on various schedules. I called first move on Friday desperate for help after another company had been paid to transport a 20ft container to PERTH. After almost 3 months of waiting no container arrived. Long story short 1st MOVE stepped in and helped me retrieve our things, with nothing but a professional service from start to finish. Not only did they communicate with me exceptionally even after hours giving me so much peace of mind given what we went through with the last company, they arranged a truck and 2 men immediately for me. Repacked our stuff perfectly to keep it safe from damages during the move. Highly recommend

Honestly the best removalists! If I could give 10 stars I would. I have moved many times and these guys are hands down the best Ive ever used. They were so professional, polite and courteous. 1st move had excellent communication and arrived on time. They took great care with everything. Absolutely nothing was damaged and were very happy to place everything exactly where we wanted. They were so efficient and completed a very large move in only 5 and half hours which was estimated at 7-8 hours. I had my move done from them from Sydney to Melbourne and before booking them I was apprehensive, however, they did a great job for the move and I am completely satisfied with their service level, commitment and most important they kept their word all the time, gaining my trust and delivering it above my expected time and quality. If I could give more stars I would. 1st move removalist moved heavy windows and doors from Melbourne to Sydney. When they arrived in Sydney (on one of its hottest days) the two men (Marwan and Ossei) helped the builders get everything off the truck and then helped carry everything through very difficult and narrow building site. It took hours. They were patient, cheerful, polite and saved us - we could not have moved everything without them. Probably the best service I have ever experienced from any business. Inconsistent service, they wanted to charge me more for walking up and down my yard as it's longer than most even though I had prepaid for 2 hours which are non refundable, they then turned around and charged the people who moved in the extra for the longer walk, on top of the hours taken to move, the workers walked off for about 90 minutes for lunch but only discounted them 45 minutes, I still have to claim for the damage they did on the front door and door frame too. The workers were walking up with only a couple of things at a time which extended the time they took to move the stuff so they could charge longer, l can't recommend these people
